Having tried a few bliss ball recipes, these remain as one of my BEST for flavour and ease. However, bliss ball recipes are all pretty easy. The combination of the cashews, strawberries, coconut gives these a classic 'strawberries and cream' creaminess with no cream.. and real berry-licious sweetness. Their whole-food ingredients ensures to keep you going, feeling fuller for longer. Filling and satisfying enough for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack, perfect for children's lunch boxes (if not a nut-free environment), on the road treats, camping etc. No doubt you may have ready helpers to roll these balls of bliss!
